Yale Cooling Conference 2026

On March 5-6, 2026, the COPA member CCL - Carbon Containment Lab - co-organized the annual Yale Cooling Conference togehter with Yale Center for Business and the Environment, the CCAC and the REEF.

This year, the focus was put on the role of innovation and finance in scaling Lifecycle Refrigerant Management (LRM) and Alternative Cooling Technologies (ACT). At the event, renowned experts and organizations at the forefront of alternative cooling technologies and lifecycle refrigerant management shared their latest advancements, discussed financing, and identifed additional opportunities.

At the events Cooling Innovation Showcase, sector innovators presented their next-generation alternative cooling solutions alongside breakthrough innovations that support lifecycle refrigerant management (LRM). At this highlight, the COPA members A-Gas, Recoolit and Tradewater showcased how they reimagined the future of cooling alongside the other innovators.
